Robert Officer (Chairman) – Bob is Professor Emeritus of the University of Melbourne and a  specialist in financial economics. His career has spanned academia and consulting across private and public organizations.  Current and former directorships include Victorian Funds Management Corporation, Transport Accident Commission of Victoria, Victorian WorkCover Authority, Over Fifty Group Limited, CP2 Limited, JF Capital Partners and the Bank of Melbourne.

Rohan Mead (Deputy Chairman) – Rohan is the Group Managing Director of Australian Unity Limited since 1 July 2004.  He is Chairman of Platypus Asset Management and Director of Australian Centre for Health Research.

Barry Fairley (Managing Director) - Barry is Managing Director of Acorn Capital Ltd.  He is responsible for strategic direction and business development.  He was formerly a director of McIntosh Securities where he was responsible for researching corporate activities in the mining sector.  In addition, Barry has established and operated a number of businesses.

David Bryant – David is the head of Investments at Australian Unity where he is responsible for the Group’s financial and property investment management activities.  David has over 20 years experience in financial services, during which time he has held a number of senior positions with leading organisations including Westpac, State Street, Intech and Perpetual.

Barrie Laws - Barrie is a non-executive director of Acorn Capital Ltd.  He has extensive business experience, mostly in investment management with Colonial Mutual, Equity Life and Norwich Union Life, where he was Chief Executive Officer.  Barrie’s qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and he is an Associate of both the CPA Australia and the ACIS.  He is also a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Robert Brown - Rob is a Professor of Finance at the University of Melbourne.  He has provided consulting advice and training for a range of clients in both the public and private sectors.  He is co-author of the widely used text Business Finance.  Rob holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting.  He is a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Fellow of CPA Australia.
